Accepted Payment Methods

• Venmo, Zelle, Cash
• Credit cards accepted via tap pay (3% processing fee applies)

Pet Sitting Payments

• Stays of 7+ days: 50% deposit required
• Stays of 6 days or under: one-night deposit required
• Full balance may be paid upfront
• Remaining payment due on the last day of service

Sitting Cancellations

• 5+ days before stay: no charge
• 4 days or less: one night is forfeit; amounts paid over that will be refunded

Dog Walking Payments

• Pay per walk, bi-weekly, or monthly
• Payment due prior to or at the start of the service period

Walking Cancellations

• 48-hour notice required

• +$10 per day for the day before, day of, and day after the following holidays (sitting only):
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• New Year's

Holiday Meal Option — $10 per pet

• Unseasoned turkey or chicken with sweet potato, baked carrots, and apples and/or blueberries
• Please let us know in advance if you'd like this for your pet

Required Vaccines

• Rabies
• Bordetella
• DHLPP

Preferred

• Tick and flea prevention (e.g., Frontline, Simparica Trio, NexGard)

Walking Policy

• Multiple dogs will be walked one at a time
• After getting to know them, up to two dogs may be walked together — but no more than two

Meet & Greet

• A mandatory meet and greet is required before finalizing any booking
• We understand pets may react to strangers, but we reserve the right to refuse service due to biting or aggression

Medication

• No extra cost to administer medication

In the event of a medical emergency, the following must be provided in advance:

• Instructions on how you would like us to act
• Your regular and/or emergency veterinary care location
• Authorization to bring your pet to the vet
• Instructions on how vet care should be paid for
• Any monetary limit for veterinary care
• Emergency contact information (if different from yourself)

• We will need to know how to access your home — gate/door codes or keys
• If keys are lost, they will be replaced at the liability and cost of Bubba Jack's Walkies & Wags, LLC
• No minors may stay in the home during a pet sitting stay — they must accompany you or stay with another party

Walking Service

• If weather is too risky (icy walkways, lightning) or roads are impassable, there will be no charge for the missed walk

Sitting Service

• If walks cannot happen due to weather, they will be replaced with playtime in the yard

Excessive Heat

• Walks limited to before 10:30 AM and after 5:00 PM
• All efforts will be made for yard playtime between those hours

• Walks: Poop will be picked up and disposed of in your garbage can
• Sitting: Poop picked up throughout the stay and disposed of in your garbage can
• Pre-existing cleanup: If you'd like the yard cleaned before service begins, a one-time fee of $20 applies

• Your pets stay relaxed in the comfort of their own home
• One-on-one attention and exercise
• No strange facility they aren't familiar with
• No other animals making relentless noise
• Peace of mind — your pet will be there when you return, no need to go pick them up
